Changing unwanted habits can be hard to let go of alone.  Support, care and understanding how to take the stress out of change, can help bring about new healthier habits that last.

In this experiential workshop you will gain an understanding of why letting go of habits can feel like losing an old friend and why New Year Resolutions don’t work. You will learn tools and techniques for self-help that changes how you feel so you can be calm and balanced in the moment.  You will learn EFT (tapping) techniques to beat cravings and understand when and how to use them.

Together with a small group of people who, like you, want to make a positive change in their lives, you will discover 5 steps to changing habits and make a plan and commitment to help you reach your goals and make a lasting change.

This one-day workshop will be held at the Gorge Therapy and Training Centre, Jackfield, TF8 7LS. (please note there are some steps leading up to the Centre).
