There is something special about learning tools and techniques in a group, especially when those tools can help both yourself and others.

Workshops in the community are usually in small groups and often with people with similar, or shared, experiences. Professional training and workshops may be held in the workplace or in a community setting, away from workplace stresses.

Workshops and courses are created for:

  • Anyone taking steps in making a personal change and moving forward.
  • Community Groups, Health Focused Groups and Voluntary Organisations.
  • Experienced professionals looking for effective methods for self-care
  • Helping and Health Professionals interested in learning more about cutting edge tools to add to their existing skills.

Like any good practitioner, I have continued to add to and further develop my own learning and combine all the knowledge and expertise gained over many years in a variety of workshops, courses and programmes.  Please do pop by from time to time to see whats new.

Working with ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Fibromyalga – working with clients with sensory sensitivity, understanding symptoms of ME/CFS and what you can do to help your client/patient feel more comfortable.

A short workshop for Professional Carers, Social Workers, Counsellors, Complementary Therapists
