There is something special about learning tools and techniques in a group, especially when those tools can help yourself and others too.

Workshops in the community are usually in small groups and often with people with similar, or shared, experiences. Professional training and workshops may be held in the workplace or in a community setting, away from workplace stressors.

Introducing Self-care techniques to Unpaid Carers

Laughter Yoga:

Suitable for all ages and abilities, laughter Yoga is an uplifting, team building and energising experience with a host of health benefits. Laughter Yoga sessions can be held with voluntary groups, in the workplace, schools, care homes and even with patients in hospital wards.

ME/CFS Awareness

ME/CFS Awareness  working with ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Fibromyalgia/MS

A short workshop for Professional Carers, Social Workers, Counsellors, Complementary Therapists, Health Professionals working with clients with sensory hyper-sensitivity, understanding symptoms of ME/CFS and what you can do to help your client/patient feel more comfortable.
